The General Authority for State Real Estate clarified that the controls for the allocation, recovery and transfer of real estate between government agencies aim to regulate what is related to the allocation, recovery and transfer of state real estate between government agencies, without prejudice to the relevant regulations, orders, decisions and agreements.
Data issued by the Saudi Ministry of Justice showed that the value of real estate transactions that took place during Shawwal 1444 AH decreased by 41%, to reach about 8.7 billion riyals, compared to the same period of last year 1443 AH, which amounted at that time to about 14.71 billion riyals.
